Shiren Coffee

Peru El Diamante Natural

Peru El Diamante Natural

Description

• Contains one bag (150 g) of Peru El Diamante Natural, Arabica whole coffee bean.

• Elmer Tineo Mendoza is the producer of El Diamante coffee farm in the area of Jaén. Elmer and his son, Elvis, manage their farms together. The Tineo family picks ripe cherries, which they deliver to the family home, where they share a small pulper and fermentation tank. Don Elmer's farm has large areas under shade, and with their excellent management of pruning, avoidance of herbicides, and ongoing annual renovations to improve trees affected by diseases, the Tineo family has cultivated a beautiful farm full of fruit trees and moist soil. Over the years, they earned premiums from their specialty-graded coffee production; in turn, they built a three-storey structure with raised drying beds, covered like a greenhouse. This offering is a traditionally processed, sun-dried coffee by the Tineo family.

• Preparation Methods: from French press to pour-over to espresso, the grinder you use and the water from your tap can alter the taste of the cup. This is a medium-bodied, classic style of coffee with a zest of acidity; as you drink it, it gets better as it cools.

• Available in light, medium, and dark roast offerings. Light for utmost flavours, medium for balance; dark for classic roast punch.

• Freshly roasted to order on every Tue or Wed. Dispatch the next day.

• By grinding just before you brew. We recommend customers use their grinder for the best experience.
