Malaysia

We roast fresh coffee bean orders every Tuesday or Wednesday.

 

For self-pickup:

Visit our store at Shiren Coffee on Thursday onwards to pick it up.

 

For shipping:

We dispatch freshly roasted coffee bean orders on Thursday.

When the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified with an email update on the shipping status along with a tracking number.

With Ninja Van courier service, shipment for Peninsular Malaysia shall generally take 1–4 business days, while that for East Malaysia generally takes 2–6.

Shipping could take longer than expected under certain conditions, such as delivery to a rural area, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Most of the time, our courier partner is reliably able to deliver as estimated.

 

For digital gift card orders, it will be instantly delivered to your (or the recipient's) email when you complete the purchase.
