First time drinking Liberica. Dark roast version had a strong jackfruit notes. Didnt liked it at first but got used to it after making some adjustments to the brewing. Medium roast version was interesting as well. less pungent compared to the dark roast.
It was interesting to try both medium and dark roasts. Both are sweeter compared to Will (Natural Liberica). Would highly recommend to try the medium roast version.
I was intrigued by this bean the last time so I had to buy it again. The bean is very fresh and gassy until the 10th day onwards, where I find delicious zesty, apple, chocolate notes emerge with V60 brewing.
This light roast Kenyan is consistently refreshing to drink on a daily basis until the bag is all emptied. 😁 It's so lively with flavours like a good Kenyan coffee would.
I followed the Brewing FAQ for the brew guide, which worked nicely for me.
Highly recommended!
