• This coffee is produced by Mineiro smallholders in Minas Gerais, Brazil. A classic Brazilian coffee at heart with a chocolate and nut flavour profile. In addition, being fully sun-dried allows this coffee to shine through with subtle fruit characters.

• Preparation Methods: from French press to pour-over to espresso, the grinder you use and the water from your tap can alter the taste of the cup. This is a medium-bodied, lower-acidity coffee; for the best experience, try it black or add a dash of cream to it.

• Available in medium and dark roast offerings. Medium for a subtle fruit profile; dark for full chocolate and nut flavours.

• Freshly roasted to order, dispatch within 2 business days.

May I know the freshness period of this coffee?
• The best serving period is between days 5 and 30, from the roasting date. Your experience may slightly differ.

The recommended brew ratio?
• 1:14 (1g coffee to 14g water)
• If prefer more acidity and flavour to emerge, use 1:13.
• If prefer more bitterness, use 1:15.

What is the ideal brewing temperature?
• For medium roast, we recommend 85–93 °C.
• For dark roast, we recommend 80–85 °C.

How finely should I grind this coffee?
• Try to find that “sweet spot” setting, for the preparation method of choice. 
• It will take you 1 or 2 brews to find it. As a general guideline,
• towards finer increases both strength and extraction.
• towards coarser decreases both strength and extraction.

Tips to store the coffee bean properly?
• Keep the bean in the bag we provide, zip it well, and place the bag in a dry, cool place. Doing so prolongs the bean's shelf life.

How can I get the best aroma and flavour out of this coffee?
• By grinding just before you brew. We recommend customers use their grinder for the best experience.
