Ethiopia Guji Hambela Buku Abel Gesha G1

Ethiopia Guji Hambela Buku Abel Gesha G1

Description

• Contains one bag (150 g) of Ethiopia Guji Hambela Buku Abel Gesha G1, Arabica whole coffee bean.

• Buku Abel is located in the Hambela district of Guji, in southern Ethiopia. A secluded forest tribe at an exceptionally high altitude of 2300M, with a population of approximately 30,000. The family's hundreds of years of tradition allow them to process coffee in a very consistent and quality manner. Coffee cherries are hand-picked when they are bright red, which is when their sugar content is highest. This Gesha underwent a washing process to further enhance its aroma and acidity.

• Preparation Methods: from French press to pour-over to espresso, the grinder you use and the water from your tap can alter the taste of the cup. Overall, this is a very fragrant coffee to brew. It's a Gesha.

• Available in light and medium roast offerings. Light for most aromatics; medium for balance.

• Freshly roasted to order, dispatch within 2 business days.
