At Shiren Coffee, goods sold are not refundable.
A transaction is exchangeable or replaceable if it falls under one of the following conditions:
1. Coffee is not to your liking
2. Damaged or failed delivery
3. Wrongly processed order due to an error on our part
Should any of the conditions above happen, please contact us within 10 days of receiving or estimating the receiving date of the product.
Return shipping from your end is not required; we will just dispatch another one (same SKU) for you if you provide us with your order number, photo, and valid reason.
