The terms of your use of the Shiren Coffee website are established by this term of service between Shiren Coffee ("we," "our," or "us") and you. This term of service (agreement) aims to promote an open and accepting environment for e-commerce, discussion, links, and people.
Legal Declaration
Between you and us, this term of service (agreement) is a binding legal contract. You declare to have read, comprehended, and consented to the terms of this agreement. You shouldn't use Shiren Coffee if you do not concur with this agreement.
Your access to Shiren Coffee
We reserve the right to suspend your access to Shiren Coffee, suspend or terminate your account, and/or remove any of your user content from Shiren Coffee at any time, without warning, for any reason, including violations of this Agreement.
By using Shiren Coffee, you consent to us monitoring the website, as we reserve the right to do so. However, we cannot promise that we will monitor it at all.
Shiren Coffee is for your personal, lawful use
Shiren Coffee is only intended for private use and is supported accordingly. You are not allowed to use Shiren Coffee in order to break the law, invade someone's privacy, or infringe on their intellectual property rights or any other proprietary rights.
Your Shiren Coffee account
A username and password are required to create an account (referred to as "Your Account"). You can also browse and buy at Shiren Coffee as a guest without an account.
The details related to your account and everything that occurs therein are solely your responsibility.
Your account may not be licenced, transferred, sold, or assigned to another party.
E-commerce
The price, information, and service we offer on the products are as they are on this website. By purchasing a product, you agree to the price, information, and service we offer.
Shiren Coffee reserves the right to amend the price, information, and service of products in the future. Should we do so, we will be transparent by providing a statement stating the reasons on this website.
The customer reserves the right to cancel his or her order, provided the order has not been shipped out by us yet. Should you want to cancel an order you just placed, kindly email us at shirencoffee@gmail.com, providing us with your order number in the email.
Our freshly roasted coffee is quality-controlled before being shipped out to you. With this in mind, should you require brewing tips or should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us at Contact Information.
If you receive damaged goods, the wrong item, or not receiving, we apologise. Kindly go through our Refund Policy, and let us make it right for you.
Digital Gift Card
Shiren Coffee's Digital Gift Card is a form of prepaid credit that can be used as payment exclusively for shirencoffee.com.
Upon purchase, the customer will receive the Digital Gift Card code instantly via email. The credit received will be equal to the purchase price. Gift Cards can be used more than once as long as there is a credit balance left. Because Gift Card is a form of prepaid credit, it can be used to pay shipping and taxes upon checkout, and it is also stackable with discount codes.
Gift Cards have different expiration laws for different countries; hence, it is difficult for us to meet the requirements of the whole wide world. According to the law of Malaysia, Gift Cards must have an expiration date.
As a result, our Gift Card has an expiration of 5 years from the purchase date. Should the Gift Card expire 5 years later, it will then be deemed invalid for any use and will be automatically deactivated. Any remaining credit balance on your Gift Card will be automatically forfeited upon deactivation under any circumstances and cannot be refunded to you.
Shiren Coffee Gift Card's credit is neither transferable between accounts nor refunded.
By purchasing Shiren Coffee's Digital Gift Card, you have agreed to the terms of service stated above.
Payment
Transactions on Shiren Coffee are processed with high security through the payment gateway providers of HitPay payment solutions. Debit or credit cards from Master or Visa, Grab Pay, and FPX are accepted. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available. All transactions are processed without prejudice. Goods sold are not refundable.
In the event of a refund, Shiren Coffee will refund the buyer according to the payment method they used to make the transaction or message the customer for an alternative.
Shiren Coffee content
Shiren Coffee contains "Shiren Coffee content," which we define as graphics, text, photos, images, video, audio, software, code, website compilation, website "look and feel," and advertisements provided by us or our licensors. Intellectual property laws, including copyright and other proprietary rights in Malaysia and other countries, protect the content of Shiren Coffee.
You are granted permission to use the Shiren Coffee content as set forth in this agreement. Except as permitted by the doctrine of fair use or as expressly authorised in writing by us, you may not otherwise make any unauthorised commercial use of, reproduce, prepare derivative works from, distribute copies of, perform, or publicly display Shiren Coffee content.
Your content
You retain the rights to your copyrighted content or information that you submit to Shiren Coffee ("user content") except as described below.
You acknowledge that everything you post is legal for you to submit and that your user content does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other personal or proprietary rights.
Shiren Coffee's Privacy Policy explains how we may use the information that you provide or that we collect from you.
We do not endorse user content
Any user content that you submit to Shiren Coffee is not our responsibility, and we make no claims to support it, either explicitly or inferentially.
Links and Shiren Coffee
Any links you post will be your sole responsibility, and neither this term of service (agreement) nor our privacy policy will apply to any content on other websites to which those links may lead. To learn more about your rights, you should review the terms and privacy policies of those other websites.
Do not spam the Shiren Coffee Community
You may not post any graphics, text, photos, videos, audio, or other content that we consider to be spam or junk. This type of content clutters Shiren Coffee and lowers the quality of the Shiren Coffee experience for other users.
Do not mess with Shiren Coffee
You consent to not obstruct the serving of Shiren Coffee, add malicious software to Shiren Coffee, hinder anyone else from using Shiren Coffee through your actions, try to influence votes or the operation of Shiren Coffee's systems, or help anyone else misuse Shiren Coffee in any way. Shiren Coffee requires a lot of work to keep it running. Be cool.

Children and Shiren Coffee
People under the age of 13 are not intended for Shiren Coffee, and Shiren Coffee does not knowingly collect any personal information from them. Please get in touch with us at our Contact Information if you know that someone under the age of 13 is using Shiren Coffee.

Please read the following carefully. Each of the following sections applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or the limitation of liability in contracts, the contents of this section may not apply.
Indemnity
All the things you do and all the information you submit or post to Shiren Coffee remain your responsibility. Indemnity is basically a way of saying that you will not hold us legally liable for any of your user content or actions that infringe the law or the rights of a third party or person in any way.
Specifically, you agree to hold Shiren Coffee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers harmless from and defend them against any claims, costs, damages, losses, expenses, and any other liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related to your access to or use of Shiren Coffee, your violation of this term of service, and/or your violation of the rights of any third party or person.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Shiren Coffee is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates and third-party service providers disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee, or representation, whether oral or electronic. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or mobile device, loss of use, or loss of your user content. We do not guarantee that Shiren Coffee will always work properly.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, whether in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or your use of or attempt to use Shiren Coffee, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. This limitation on liability shall not be affected even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to release us, our affiliates, third-party service providers, and each associated director, employee, agent, and officer, from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential), of every kind and nature, known and unknown, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of Shiren Coffee.
Governing law

The headings in this agreement are for convenience and do not control any of its provisions.
Any claim or dispute between you and us arising out of or relating to this term of service, in whole or in part, shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia without respect to its conflict of law provisions. We agree, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal court of Malaysia.
Severability and enforcement
If any provision of this term of service is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its intent. If no such modification is possible, that provision will be severed from the rest of this agreement.
If we do not enforce any right or provision in this term of service, that is not to be deemed a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
Changes to this term of service
This term of service is the entire agreement between you and us concerning Shiren Coffee. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and us. We may modify this term of service at any time. If we make changes to this agreement that materially affect your rights, we will provide advance notice and keep this edition available as an archive on the Shiren Coffee website. By continuing to use Shiren Coffee after a change to this agreement, you agree to those changes.
