We prepare and dispatch freshly roasted coffee bean orders within 2 business days.

When the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified with an email update on the shipping status along with a tracking number.

With Ninja Van courier service, shipment for Peninsular Malaysia shall generally take 1–4 business days, while that for East Malaysia generally takes 2–6.

Shipping could take longer than expected under certain conditions, such as delivery to a rural area, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Most of the time, our courier partner is reliably able to deliver as estimated.

 

For digital gift card orders, it has zero shipping costs during checkout and will be instantly delivered to your (or the recipient's) email when you complete the purchase.
